How would you describe your style of tattooing?
Well-arranged chaos! Smooth, free line-work mixed with splashed, bright colours and often featuring animals, plants and portraits.

Out of all the tattoos you've done, what are some of your favourites and why?My favourites are my portraits. I love to draw portraits and especially the eyes, creating a unique expression using line-work and colour. I would love to tattoo more portraits!

If you could tattoo anything you wanted, what would it be?
I’ve never had the chance to do a portrait of a man! That’s one thing I really want to do. A male portrait with tropical elements would be a dream :-)

What does tattooing mean to you?
After years working in the fashion industry, tattooing means everything to me. I’m so glad I made this change because it allows me to create something permanent, rather than just for a season. It also means I can finally work on my beloved illustrations (I always spend a lot of time drawing each unique piece).

For me, a tattoo session is like a Ritual. Good vibes only, connecting with the client, with all time we need to create something special. A tattoo session is very intimate, so it’s crucial for me that my clients feel safe and comfortable. It’s the best feeling for me if they are really happy after each session :-)

What inspires you creatively?

The people around me, or the people I’ve met on my travels who inspired me. All of my portraits are of inspiring people I met somewhere while traveling or living in different countries. I find different cultures super inspiring, as well as poems, music and nature. I love to watch animal/nature documentaries and take nature pictures when I’m travelling.
